Fast, reliable delivery across Egypt

Fulfillment & Delivery

We currently deliver within Egypt only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Bosta. Once your order is placed, it is typically picked up and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location within Egypt.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery in real time.

You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number on our Track Order page.

If you have an account, you can view and track all your orders from your account as well.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
